DMCA Takedown Notice & Copyright Policy

2. Counter Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts located where the service provider may be found).
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or are repeatedly charged with infringing activity.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
